Young Stars On The Rise
The Black Stars have long been a dominant force on the African continent, winning the Africa Cup Of Nations® no less than four times. Even on the international stage, this team knows how to get the job done. In 2006, they partnered with PUMA for their debut at the FIFA World Cup™ and advanced to the Second Round. By doing so they became the sixth African nation in a row to progress beyond the group stages. Not to mention that this particular Ghanaian team was the youngest participating team with an average age of 23 years. Due to their impressive performance, they have been praised widely for their fearless attitude and attacking football. And 2010 was no exception, as the young Black Stars fiercely advanced to the Quarterfinals.
