Small Country, Big Players

The national football team of Togo surprised the football world by qualifying for the 2006 FIFA World Cup™, however they did not qualify for the second round. In their six appearances at the Africa Cup of Nations® Togo has fought hard but unfortunately never advanced past the first stage. The Togo National football Team is a young team which represents a very small country: 5.8 millions of inhabitants and an area of 57000 km squares.
