Eilidh Child is one of Britain’s top female athletes. Eilidh set the Scottish 400m Hurdles Record of 54.22secs in the Birmingham Grand Prix in 2013. Having made the semi-finals at the London Olympics in 2012 she went on to finish 5th in the World Championships Final in 2013 as well as leading Team GB to the bronze medal in the 4x400m relay. 2013 also saw Eilidh finish runner-up in the 400m at the European Indoor Championships as well as leading the 4x400m relay team to the Gold medal. 2014 has started off brightly with Eilidh winning a bronze medal in the World Indoor Championships in the 4x400m Relay, next stop the Commonwealth Games and European Championships
