Masi onset in the national team against Spain in 1999, in his hometown L'Aquila, where he has been consecrated as the youngest of the Azzurri after World War II; however since 2003 he is a milestone of the line three-quarters of the national team. He matured in the capital club of Abruzzo, then he moved to Viadana, played in the 2005/2006 season where he played for prestigious French club Biarritz before joining with the other Blue Lo Cicero, Festuccia and Dellapè at Racing Metro Paris. Great tackler, great striker, he has held all positions of trocars during his international career: extreme, wing, center - the role he preferred - was also fly-half owner in the 2008 6 Nations. One of his magnificent tackle against Fiji has marked the turning point in the match won by Italy in Modena, November 2010.
